*Please note that no two items will be exactly the same. There may be slight differences in textures, styles, colors, measurements, etc. Colors can be different in person due to lighting or your device screen. *

Seasonal Items

• Returns can be made within 7 days of date of delivery.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping via trackable method.

• Please include order confirmation with the package, highlighting the item(s) being returned.

• Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Custom Items

•  Returns not accepted at this time. Please double check spelling of any names/info when submitting orders.

• If a manufacturing error has occurred, a new item will be made for you.

• If for some reason an item cannot be remade, a refund will be processed. It can take up to 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
